We want your supplements to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. Orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within 1–2 business days.

• Free standard shipping on retail orders over $49 (United States).
• Standard delivery: typically 3–6 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited delivery: 1–2 business days, available at checkout.
• International & B2B freight: rates and timelines shown at checkout or arranged with your account manager.

You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

Returns & refunds

We stand behind every product with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

• Items should be returned unopened where possible; we also honor reasonable claims for opened products under our satisfaction guarantee.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, typically within 5–7 business days.
• Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost — just send us a photo and we'll handle the rest.
• B2B and wholesale returns are governed by your account agreement.
