How we test
Every supplement we sell travels through an eight-stage quality process. A batch only earns the Evelin name once it has passed all of them.
Each incoming ingredient is logged, assigned a unique lot number and held in quarantine. Nothing moves to production until its paperwork — including the supplier's certificate of analysis — has been reviewed and its sample drawn for independent testing.
Using infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), organoleptic checks and botanical microscopy, we verify the exact identity of every raw material — the correct vitamin form, the right botanical species, the proper salt or chelate. Mislabeled or substituted ingredients are rejected on the spot.
High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), UV-Vis and titration quantify exactly how much active is present. We formulate sensible overages so the amount on the label is what you still get at the end of shelf life — not just on the day it was made.
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) tests every batch for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury, against limits aligned with USP and California Prop 65. Anything above spec is rejected — no exceptions.
Beyond heavy metals, we screen for pesticide residues, residual solvents and declared allergens, and confirm non-GMO status where claimed. Our goal is a clean label you can take at face value.
Cultures measure total aerobic count, yeast and mold, and confirm the absence of pathogens such as Salmonella, E. coli and S. aureus — critical for products you take every day.
Blending, encapsulation and tableting happen in cGMP-aligned facilities with in-process checks for weight, blend uniformity and disintegration, so every capsule in the bottle is consistent with the last.
Accelerated and real-time stability testing in controlled temperature and humidity chambers confirms the product holds its potency through expiration. Only after a final review does the batch get released — with a certificate of analysis available to any customer on request.
